White Lambda Return & Refund Policy

Hey there! Thanks for choosing White Lambda by White Lambda Private Limited. Whether you're a recruiter, a startup founder, or someone involved in hiring, we're here to make your life easier. Before we get into the nitty-gritty, know that by purchasing credits or services at White Lambda, you're agreeing to the following terms.
Quick Definitions
- Company: That's us—White Lambda.
- Customer: That's you—someone who's registered to use our services.
- Service: What White Lambda offers, like business tools.
- Credits: Virtual tokens you purchase to use our services.
- Your Right to a Refund
- Service Satisfaction: If you're not happy with any of the services we've provided, let us know within 7 days of that service being rendered. We’ll see what went wrong and issue a credit refund if applicable.
- Unused Credits: If you've got unused credits and you’ve had a change of heart, no worries! You can request a refund within 7 days of the purchase.
The Ground Rules for Refunds
- Refund requests must be made in writing to refunds@whitelambda.com.
- Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method.
- If we find that you've already used part of the credits or services, we might issue a partial refund, depending on the circumstances.
No Refunds for...
- Credits that have been used.
- Services that have been initiated.
Credits Refund Processing
Once we get your refund request and give it the green light, your refund will be processed. Give it a few days to see the credits back in your account.
